How do I rent equipment from your company?

To rent equipment, you can browse our online catalog or visit our physical location. Once you've selected the equipment you need, you'll need to fill out a Rental Agreement and pay the required fees, including a security deposit.

What types of equipment do you offer?

We offer a wide range of equipment, including construction machinery and landscaping tools. You can view our full inventory on our website or in our catalog.

Do you offer long-term rentals?

Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term rental options. The rental period and pricing will vary depending on the type of equipment and the duration of the rental.

What is included in the rental fee?

The rental fee covers the use of the equipment for the specified rental period. Additional charges may apply for delivery, setup, and any accessories or consumables.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all Heavy duty Construction equipment rentals. The deposit amount varies depending on the type of equipment and will be refunded upon the safe return of the equipment.

What happens if the equipment breaks down during the rental period?

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, please contact us immediately. We will either repair the equipment or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I extend my rental period?

Extensions are subject to equipment availability and must be requested in advance. Additional fees may apply for extended rental periods.

What are the payment options?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and cash. Payment must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for an additional fee. The cost will depend on the location and type of equipment rented.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the rental period to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
